New style group: The Answer Back. Every callout starts with defense — block, slip, catch, or check the incoming strike, then fire back. It covers the answers to all ten basic attacks, with two ways to handle each one, so you drill reading a shot and punishing it instead of just throwing first.

Earn charms for how you train, not just how often. New achievements unlock for your first workout, exploring different styles, big-volume training days, and reaching 100 total rounds — on top of your daily-streak charms. Every charm is now shareable: save it or post it straight from the celebration screen. And your trophy case now shows the next goal you're working toward, so there's always something to chase.
