Waking Up: Meditation & Wisdom — version history

Reflections is now called Daily Wisdom. New name, same feature: short, curated insights, handpicked from content across the app. Plus now you can filter what appears in your feed. Also, the app is now CarPlay compatible—listen to select Waking Up content while you drive.

We’ve added several new ways to personalize your listening experience. You can now add a brief interlude between tracks in autoplay, customize any meditation before it begins, and set one background sound for Practice sessions and a different one for Theory and Life. We’ve also redesigned the Meditation Timer with more functionality, and added two new bells to open and close your sessions.

We've made some behind-the-scenes improvements to enhance your app experience. You'll now see Meditation Timer sessions displayed in History, and some improvements in how we track your Practice & Total Minutes across the app. No big changes to note this time—just refining the little details that make a big difference.
