This app will record only for any messages that chosen "notification bar" (NO EXPORT to other server or apps except user export data for backing-up), some application may not be able to send all notification if messages sending too fast (it might shown only the first one or incomplete text) which is not adjustable. This problem can not be fixed, we do apologize for this inconvenience.

In case, the UnRead message shown as "You have a new message!" from LINE
1. You need to re-configuation by press "?" icon for more information.
2. Your internet connection may unstable, so this problem can not be fixed.

Due to the problem of not reading messages from app UnRead might came from the reason as below:
1. Customers have to allow app UnRead access to "Notification bar" function then app UnRead will be able to read the message. You can see the detail when clicking "?" symbol in our app

2. Checking "setting menu" in your chat application (Ex. LINE, Messenger) and make the Notification to "ON"

3. Checking Notification of Android (system setting) to allow chat application notify messages which depend on your mobile device

4. If UnRead cannot get your chat messages, please try to follow https://sites.google.com/view/near-unread/settings and https://sites.google.com/view/near-unread/red after that, restart your device
