YDIS Smart is an application software specifically designed to help users perform inspections of Yamaha outboard motors.
YDIS Smart is designed to enable users to use some of the functions of the self-diagnostic system for Yamaha Marine products, Yamaha Diagnostic System (YDIS PC version), on smartphones.
YDIS Smart App (“App”) is permitted for use by Yamaha authorized dealers only, and may only be used by the Yamaha authorized dealer for the purpose of providing services to a customer’s Yamaha outboard motor. If the party accessing or downloading this App is not a Yamaha authorized dealer, then such party is not authorized to use this App and should immediately discontinue usage and delete the App.

*Terms and Conditions for Use

Please read and understand these precautions before using this application.

・YDIS Smart is intended for use exclusively by service staff who perform services and maintenance of Yamaha outboard motors.
・To use YDIS Smart, a dedicated adapter and the registration information for the main software (YDIS PC version) will be required.
・To enable the speedometer display, you need to turn on the GPS function on your smartphone.
・Internet connection via mobile data communication or wireless LAN is required during the user registration process and while using the application.
・To use YDIS Smart, you need to turn on the Bluetooth® function on your smartphone.
・Bluetooth® is a registered trademark of Bluetooth SIG, Inc.
・Do not manipulate this application while the boat is in motion. Otherwise, a collision could result. Yamaha shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, harm, or losses resulting from any accidents occurred during use of this application.

When you use this application, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. will automatically collect the following information:
・Following information entered for user registration
-YDIS Smart adapter serial number, Country ID, Shop ID, Installation Key
・Some of the following engine information collected by the application
-Saved data, Country ID, Shop ID
・Logging data will not be collected automatically.

We will use collected information to statistically analyze the usage of this application and to improve our services.
Communication charges incurred to use this application shall be borne by the user.
